Chili Fish

Saturday as usual I work only half day start at 8 and finish at 12 noon but not for today due my boss here so I can’t go on time, need to talk and finish some work for a moment than I can go. In the morning the weather so bad, big sand storm here so I have to wear mask if going out. but weather changed at night even so cold about 9 degrees I think.

After Isya I went to supermarket to buy some stuff for my dinner and i will make chili fish the simple ingredient and easy to make it, not really spicy

Bahan yang dibutuhkan :

  1. Ikan tuna+udang (karena gw ada masih ada udang jadi gw campurin sekalian)
  2. 1 paprika hijau
  3. 1 bawang bombai ukuran kecil
  4. 2 siung bawang putih
  5. 3 siung bawang merah
  6. 2 sdm saos tomat
  7. 2 sdm saos sambal
  8. 2 sdm soy saouce
  9. 1 butir telor (untuk melumuri ikan sblm digoreng)
  10. 1 sdm soy souce (untuk melumuri ikan sblm digoreng)
  11. 1 dmn tepung jagung (cornflour)
  12. 2 sdm tepung jagung (untuk melumuri ikan sblm digoreng)
  13. garam secukupnya
  14. minyak sucukupnya

Cara membuat :

    • potong ikan tuna sesuai selera dan masukkan telor, tepung jagung, soys souce, dan garam campur sampai merata
    • goreng ikan yang sudah dilumuri bumbu dan tepung tadi sampai berwarna kecoklatan
    • siapkan penggorengan dengan minyak 2 sdm untuk mengoseng bawnag bomba, bawang putih, bawang merah sampai harum kemudian masukan paprika
    • masukkan saos tomat, saous sambal dan soy souce aduk sampai merata kemuadian masukkan garam
    • setelah tercampur masukkan ikan yang sudah digoreng, aduk sampai merata
    • siap untuk dihidangkan
